Food Sensitivity Testing w/ Dr. James

What is This Episode About?

This episode is about all about food sensitivity testing. There are things in your diet that may be promoting inflammation and preventing you from seeing results. The problem is that some of the foods causing the problem may be the one you least expect!

The Guest

Dr. James is a long time friend of mine. Dr. James and I graduated from the same undergrad, Illinois College. Dr. James (I call him Geese lol) is one of the smartest and hardworking professors I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is dedicated to his students and his clients and his attention to detail is unparalleled.

Fun Fact about Dr. James and I is the first time we ever hung out we went ghost hunting! Our college campus was known as one of the most haunted campuses in the Midwest so on my first visit to campus, I was taken on a ghost tour by Dr. James and his friends. Its not hard to remember a first visit like that!

My only regret with this episode is that I didn’t give myself an extra 2 years to grow my beard out so Dr. James didn’t show me up lol!
