You have never seen a meatza like this! What can be better than a recipe that crosses a pizza and a cheeseburger! You wont be disappointed with this delicious Cheeseburger Meatza

Ingredients:

Crust-

1 lb Butcher Box Ground Beef

1 Egg

2 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp Pepper

Sauce-

1/4 cup Sugar Free Ketchup

2 tbsps Mustard

Toppings:

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 Diced Onion

8 Slices of Bacon, diced

10 Pickles

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, parmesan, and seasonings until combined.

Form the meat into a circle, about a 1/2 inch tall, on a foil lined pan

Bake in the oven until cooked through, about 18 minutes.

While the crust is cooking, heat a pan over medium/high heat.

Add the bacon and cook until it’s cooked through.

Add the onion to the bacon and cook until the onion is caramelized and the bacon is crispy.

Drain the grease from the bacon and onion and set aside.

When cooked, remove the crust from oven and drain any excess grease.

Mix the ketchup and mustard together and evenly spoon onto the crust.

Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce.

Top with the bacon and onion.

Return to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted, about 7 min.

Remove from the oven and top with the pickles.

Cut with pizza cutter into 8 equal triangles.
