Fat Head Bagel
Perfect substitute for when you are craving a sandwich! Use these bagels to make breakfast sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, and more! Just remember these should be used as a treat and not everyday.

1 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella
3/4 cup Almond Flour
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.
Add the cream cheese.
Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds
Stir the mixture and then microwave again for 30 seconds.
Remove and stir in the salt until it forms a dough ball.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a log and then form into a circle to make a bagel shape.
Place the bagels on a parchment lined sheet pan and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for about 18 minutes or until the bottoms begin to brown and become firm.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
When the bagels are cooled, slice or store in the refrigerator.
