Loaded Egg Salad

Ingredients:

6 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled

4 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

1 tbsp Minced Onion

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

Place the eggs in a large bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
