Keto Pumpkin Pancakes

2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp Pumpkin
2 tsp Sweetener(Swerve)
2 tbsp Almond Flour
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Sugar Alcohol: 1g
Net carbs: 2.5g
1. In a blender or mixer, mix together all of the ingredients until combined.
2. Grease a griddle or large pan with ghee or coconut oil and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Pour approximately 6 pancakes onto the hot griddle ( 1 if using a pan) , and cook on the first side for 2-3 minutes until almost done.
4. Then flip and cook for another minute to finish.
Optional: Serve with sugar free syrup
