Welcome to My name is Chris Irvin. I am a nutrition researcher and writer. I have been researching and experimenting with the ketogenic diet for 4 years. The purpose of this page is to help you navigate this website and my content. Let’s dive in:

Keto Answers Book

If you want to take a deep dive into the ketogenic diet and learn everything there is to know, check out the Keto Answers book written by myself and Dr. Anthony Gustin. To date, this is my life’s work. This book contains everything I have learned over the last 4 years since I started researching the ketogenic diet in both humans and animals for both performance and therapeutic applications. Here’s some details about the book:

Instagram: My brand actually started on Instagram. On this channel I post educational infographics meant to help you learn and so you can share with other people who want to learn. If you have a question, this is also the best place to submit them. I personally answer all of my DM’s!
